Android App Install Method (Preferred):

Note: You must already be rooted to use the app install method.

Download the GooManager app from either location:

Install the app and open it.  Tap menu then hit Install OpenRecoveryScript.  Tap Yes.  Verify that the filename displays your device's code name and hit Yes.  The file will download and your device will install the recovery automatically.

Download - Recovery Image Method:

Download the newest .img file here

Download the above file.  Turn off your device.  Turn on the device and keep holding volume down until a menu shows up.  The device will now be in fastboot mode. Plug the device into your computer.  If you have the right drivers installed, your screen should now say FASTBOOT USB.  Run the following command via the command line:

fastboot flash recovery recoveryfilename.img

Note that you will need to change the last part to match the name of the file that you just downloaded.  You will also need adb and fastboot for your computer.

If you have just used fastboot oem unlock, you should let the device boot up normally first before trying to install TWRP. If you boot TWRP first before booting normally, you will be prompted for a password. Hit cancel and got to Wipe -> Format Data. Type yes at the prompt and hit the "enter" key. Hit the home button at the bottom and Reboot -> Recovery. Unlocking the device will cause you to lose all userdata, apps, pictures, downloads, etc.
